Winter reading

Winter is certainly here and as the days grow colder still I find myself searching out some of the more esoteric reading lists from the Readers Advisory wiki. Delightful lists that conjure up thoughts of crackling fires and warm drinks, such as books to read while drinking whisky.
The best thing about these winter months is curling up in a nice warm corner and indulging in chocolate biscuits, tea, and a pile of books by my side. Here I can settle in and share in the dreams and hopes of the characters on the page, perhaps even indulging in a few of my own.
